When Calls the Heart

This is a beautiful story about Elizabeth Thatcher, a new teacher in the Canadian Rockies in Calgary, when she moved from Toronto to join her self-brother Jonathan and his family. It's told from her view on her trials and tribulations of what she endured as a teacher in the teacherage and her class. She learned a lot on life and death, and learned about love, when she falls for a Canadian Mountie named Wynn Delaney, Jon's best friend. And they fall in love, a good start to this six-book series. This is real beautiful and got inside her head to see her emotions and how she persevered through it all. Really touching.
