This starts off with Deborah Knott running for office as a judge, when Gayle Whitehead asks her to look into the cold case murder of her mother. And when she does, it turns out a lot of heat by unearthing secrets and possible damaging her campaign for judge. Great twits and turns to the very end, this is a delightful new mystery series.
